Shipping of purchases is WITHIN CANADA ONLY.
Packages are shipped via ATS, a temperature controlled courier service. Please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery depending on location. You will receive your tracking number via email. Couriers cannot leave packages that contain alcohol on the doorstep and someone of legal drinking age must be available to sign for it. Shipping charges vary depending on location and will be displayed upon checkout.
A re-route charge may be applicable if a secondary address re-route is required after order has shipped. If you are not home to receive your package on the first delivery attempt, the driver will leave a door knocker indicating the location you can pick it up at. If it is not picked up after 5 days, it is returned to the winery. A second freight charge will apply to packages that need to be re-delivered.
For Northern Canada customers, packages will be shipped via Air North; collection will be required from Air North designated location. Charges will be determined based on actual cost, please call us to verify and make arrangements.
For customers in remote areas or customers that specifically request shipment via Canada Post, please note that we cannot always guarantee this (depending on the time of year) as Canada Post does not offer temperature controlled shipping. Canada Post has suspended doorstep delivery of wine, collection will be required from a designated Canada Post location.
