The 2018 Corner Stone is 36% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Franc, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Malbec, 6% Petit Verdot, Aged 18 months in French Oak barrels, this fruit forward blend is rich in flavour, colour and texture and is structured for longevity.

The 2017 Corner Stone is 33% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Malbec, and 4% Petit Verdot. Aged 18 months in French Oak barrels, this fruit forward blend is rich in flavour, colour and texture and is structured for longevity. 

The 2016 vintage is Merlot predominant (42%) and also includes Cabernet Franc (22%), Cabernet Sauvignon (17%), Malbec (14%), and Petit Verdot (5%) aged 18 months in French Oak Barrels. This bold Bordeaux style blend is rich and concentrated with bold ripe fruit and concentrated textures from mature tannins representative of the great growing season. This wine is presently showing dark berry flavours complimented by hints of spice including sage, wild thyme as well as chocolate and coffee, supported by French oak.

The 2015 vintage is Cab predominant with the Cabernet Sauvignon (23%) and Cabernet Franc (23%) making up 46% of the blend.  Merlot (37%) Malbec (9%) and Petit Verdot (8%) round out the blend and provide the rich texture and spice.  Enjoy now with your favourite rack of lamb or a rich osso bucco.  Only 300 cases produced.

2014 is the first time in the history of Corner Stone where the Cabernet components (47%) are proportionally greater than the Merlot (27%). Only 6 cases available.

Silver Medal - Best of Varietal Awards - Okanagan Wine Festival - April 2016 - This bold Bordeaux style blend is presently showing ripe varietal fruit character with hints of blueberry, blackberry, cherry, sage and wild thyme. Loads of berry flavors, coffee and chocolate, supported by French oak. It has balanced acidity and moderate tannins that will soften in time.

Silver Award Winner - Savour Northwest.  This Bordeaux style blend includes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.  Aged in French oak barrels.  Production - 415 cases - VQA

Chosen by the BC Wine Appreciation Society as their favourite vintage in a vertical tasting of Corner Stone from 2009 - 2014.  This wine is drinking beautifully and is an excellent expression of the aging capability of Okanagan wines. Lots of rich fruit character with smooth, fulfilling tannins.
